An independent copier service shop on East Costilla Avenue, built around technicians who fix machines rather than sell replacements.
Who we are
Austintero Co. started because too many Colorado offices were stuck between a leasing company that would not send a technician and a big-box service desk that had never opened the machine in question. We built a small shop of experienced field technicians, stocked the vans properly, and priced the work so the invoice matches what actually happened on site.
Today we service copiers, multifunction printers and wide-format plotters for law firms, clinics, schools, construction offices, property managers and municipal departments across the south metro. Some are fleet accounts with dozens of devices. Many are two-person offices with one machine they cannot live without. Both get the same response.
How we work
- Diagnose before quoting. No estimate goes out before a technician has read the error history and inspected the paper path.
- Carry the parts. Fusers, roller kits, drums, developer units and common boards travel with the tech for the brands we see most.
- Document everything. You get a written record of what was replaced, what the meter read, and what is approaching end of life.
- Say no when it is right. We have talked customers out of repairs more than once. A machine past its rated life with salvage-only parts is not worth another invoice.
