Scope of services
Austintero Co. provides on-site and in-shop repair, maintenance, installation and supply services for copiers, multifunction printers and plotters. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding quote.
Estimates and approval
Diagnostic visits are billed at the published trip and labor rate. Parts and additional labor are quoted before installation and require customer approval. Approved work may be authorized verbally, by email or in writing.
Parts and warranty
Installed parts carry a ninety-day workmanship warranty unless a longer manufacturer warranty applies. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, power events, incompatible consumables or unsuitable paper stock.
Customer responsibilities
Customers provide safe access to equipment, adequate power, and reasonable working space. Data stored on device drives remains the customer's responsibility; back up address books and stored jobs before service.
Payment
Invoices are due net fifteen days unless a contract states otherwise. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Colorado law.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost business, lost production or data loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with venue in Arapahoe County.
